About Us
LaserForm LLC has been a sheet metal fabrication shop in the Greater Green Bay area since 2001.
LaserForm began by renting a 6,000 square foot building in Bellevue, WI. Within 5 years we outgrew our original building and moved to a building with a little over 18,000 square feet to help satisfy our expansion needs. Here, we attained 3 Mitsubishi lasers and two Press-Brakes to further push the growth of our business.
In the year 2011, we once again outgrew our facility and required another 9,000 square foot expansion. With this expansion, we added another press brake, expanded the fabrication department and acquired the machinery and employees of a local machine shop. After all these additions to the company, LaserForm increased its sales exponentially due to the additional services offered. With an increase in sales, we needed yet another increase in operating space. When 2016 rolled around, we made the decision to add another 12,125 square feet on to this location. It was at this point that the lot was maxed out and we had no more room for expansion. LaserForm then began exploring options to start fresh in a building that was designed for our processes to increase flow, efficiency and provide room for future expansion if needed.
In 2019, LaserForm broke ground to build its 3750 Packerland Dr, De Pere, WI location. This 70,000 square foot location was finished in November 2020 and has the room to entertain an additional 35,000 square foot expansion if needed. It is here that we currently reside with 62 employees, four 4500w Mitsubishi Lasers, 5 press brakes, 1 Omax waterjet, 5 Haas milling machines, 3 Mazak lathes, 1 Marvel vertical band saw and more!
Our commitment to continually improving our equipment, has allowed us to grow our facility and the customers we can serve. Through the years, we have refined out processes to be more efficient from estimating and programming all the way to QC and shipping. We have always had a strong commitment to our customer’s needs. This is proven in our quality of work and on time delivery to our customers.
