Our timesaver has the ability to both deburr your parts and add grain/polish to produce a high quality finished product. With its vacuum bed and dual head capabilities, we are able to fine tune the process to be both efficient and effective in achieving our customers finishing requirements whether it be simple deburring or a #8 polish. The benefits of this machine include:

• adding a grain to thicker plates that are unable to be ordered with a polish from the factory.

• Deburring all interior cutouts and exterior profiles after laser processing

• Polishing square tube

• Adding grain to both sides of a part (most polished sheets only come polished on one side)

• Beautiful parts in seconds.

We have 3 vibratory finishing machines in house to be able to handle significant quantites of parts being processed. These machines use a combination of high speed vibrations and media to break sharp edges, remove rust, and prepare parts for paint. The biggest benefit to these machines is the removal of the oxidized edge that the laser produces. The oxidized edge, if painted, will be the first thing to chip off over time. With this removed before paint, it ensures good adhesion that with thrive through the test of time.
